Athletic Registration

 

2024-2025 Registrations for ALL SPORTS will open June 1st 2024

 

Physical Examinations

Students registering for Athletics must have a current OSAA physical examination form on file in the Athletics Office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts (dates listed below). To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uloaded to the registration software no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of OSAA official practice/tryouts.

Fall: Ausust 19, 2024
Winter: November 18, 2024
Spring: March 3, 2025

Physicals are valid for 2 years from the date of the exam. All physicals obtained after 4/30/2024 will need to be on the new OSAA form.
